– Reaper Nurses in their voiceline reveal trailer
The Reaper Nurses are an enemy in Dark Deception , making their first appearance in Chapter 4 as part of " Torment Therapy " . They share the level with The Matron and other currently unconfirmed enemies.

The Reaper Nurses appear as slim, female humanoids with light skin dressed in 20th-century nurse clothing. Their faces are visibly obscured by what appears to be a white paper bag with a medical symbol marked on the front, though they are still able to see. Like the Matron, the Reaper Nurses wear red combs across the top of their bags. While it is unknown what their faces truly look like, some merchandise of them has shown that they actually wear pink lipstick and appear to have the mouth and chin of a normal human.

Their clothing comprises of a red and white dress, with red buttons on the shirt and the skirt, and white leggings on their legs, with black first-aid signs featured on the shoulders and belt. They wear red gloves, and red roller skates resembling heels. Their most prominent feature is the oversized syringe they wield, likely a part of their possible mechanic.

Based on the Reaper Nurses weapons in the voice reveal from the Q&A, and a leak on Instagram (shown by the devs), it can be deduced that the Reaper Nurses will have four weapons: a giant syringe that serves as their main weapon, a smaller syringe, a pill, and their gloved hands.

A few traits of the Reaper Nurses are revealed in developer Q&As and leaked footage. In the second Q&A, it is implied that the Reaper Nurses will use multiple weapons, including their syringes. In the fourth Q&A, it is confirmed that they will stun the player by using their pills. In the fifth Q&A, it is mentioned that they have the ability to turn invisible. This trait was later showcased in a post by Glowstick Entertainment's Instagram account. While invisible, the Reaper Nurses can be tracked by the faint specks of light they produce with each step.

The Reaper Nurses, based on their voice reveal, demonstrate a friendly, cheerful, and seductive personality, greeting the player as a new "patient". The Reaper Nurses have a sadistic side, however, saying they get carried away sometimes in performing their duties, and that the player would unfortunately not have a quick and painless death.
