(CBS/AP) Officials are reviewing whether laws were broken when pornography producer "Reality Kings" shot a XXX video without permission in a public area near Miami Beach in broad daylight.
The video was shot at Monument Island - the man-made island near Miami Beach that features a 110-foot obelisk honoring Florida pioneer Henry Flagler.
Assistant city manager Hilda Fernandez notes that it is not "an uninhabited island miles off the coast. It's in the middle of a very busy bay."
But an attorney for Reality Kings, which produced the video, says his clients didn't break any rules. Lawrence Walters says no one was around the island at the time of the filming, except the actors and crew.
Legal or not, local historian Seth Bramson says any sequels need to be filmed elsewhere: "It's hallowed ground."

One distinct advantage to using cloth diapers is that the absorbency can be easily adjusted until you get the diaper that works for you.
To avoid the problems associated with overly thick diapers, the KINS system is made of easily washable parts. By adding inserts, a really absorbent diaper can be created that can still be thoroughly washed and dried using regular laundry equipment (washer and dryer).
All KINS diapers are made to be home-laundered with minimal extra care. They are available in four styles – Pull-On, Hook and Loop Wrap, Contour Prefold & Flat Prefold.
Both the Hook and Loop Wrap and the Contour Prefold (for a higher waist) combined with an insert make a thick and thirsty diaper that is comfortable as well as discreet, creating a smooth line. If you're looking for additional absorbency then add you can add an inserts to make a very capable nighttime diaper. Diapers can be doubled up for even more absorbency. All of our cloth diapers require a waterproof diaper cover .
