Last thing I remember Friday night is getting in my friend's (our DD) car to go home. He doesn't like when i come home drunk, almost never covers for me, always gets mad at me for doing it. so what are the chances he touched me or took pics or something

1) Don't make drinking an habit (at any age), and wait a little more years (2-3) to make you liver complete its formation to drink a little more frequently. But probably you already know this. 2) When you drink, drink moderately. It is not fun to blackout. Don't ever go over the bottle of wine (this is my rule, but everyone has its own). (probably as a female you have a lower threshold) 3) He's 21 and he is your brother. Remember that most of the guys aren't pedophiles and most of the guys do not like incest. Intersect the two things and you have a very low chance that your brother is sexually attracted to ya. 4) Once you discover the other sex, seeing a pair of boobs or a vagina in a non sexual context is not a big deal in most of the cases. 5) He seems to just love you as her sister. Do you consider your brother to be a trustworthy person? Has he ever been creepy towards you in the past? I don't think you should assume that your brother did anything wrong unless he has a history of doing highly inappropriate stuff like that. If your brothers been acting strange lately, he might have something going on in mind. But if he is a good and caring person, then he might just wanted to help. But, wait you are a drunk at such an early age. Woah! Grow up a little more first, then I think you might do that.
Please don't think about your brother in that way. In your relationship trust is more. He cared for you and you are thinking about him in that way. Shame on you. He helped you and saved you from your parents. If he had done anything like that then on the next day you might not get the note and bottle. It shows that he really cares for you. At first I thought you were just jumping to conclusions. But the more you say, the more it makes me wonder about your brother. Do you have a relative that you can talk to about this? Someone like a cool aunt/uncle/cousin that isn't going to rat you out to your parents about the drinking. We can talk about this all day on here but it might be more helpful for you to get an opinion from someone that actually knows your brother.

Your Brother was simply looking out for you in a nice way - like what family should. I doubt he was meaning to do anything malicious. In actual fact I've done similar with my Step-Sister when she was really drunk and I sort of had to carry her home and lift her and put her to bed - she was not in a good state luckily I hadn't drank vary much anyway.

Police arrested a North Carolina mother on Sept. 7 and her son on Sept. 8 for incest after they reportedly had sex in August.
Melissa Kitchens, 44, and her son, Shaun Thomas Pfeiffer, 25, both face felony charges, reports the Daily Mail.
Pfeiffer is also being charged with indecent liberties with a child, communicating threats and being intoxicated and disruptive.
While it is unclear whether Kitchens is single, it appears her son is married with a toddler son of his own, and that his wife, Shannon Roman, may have known about and forgiven the affair.
"When you truly care for someone, their mistakes never change your feelings because it's the mind that gets angry but the heart still cares," reads a Facebook post Roman posted in August, with some believing she is alluding to her husband.
To some, other social media posts reflect the attraction the mother -- who is allegedly a church-attending Christian, sharing quotes from megachurch pastor Joel Osteen -- reportedly felt for her son.
"Can't get over how handsome you are and I'm about to cry," Kitchens wrote on a photo of her son and his child, later referring to possible family conflicts by adding, "Just trying To Brighten The Mood---- Things are Very Stressful and I Love You and I Respect Any Decision--- As Long as your Happy and Safe.......... I miss you& wish I had more time w you...... Your Very Valuable and Hopefully The Stresses---- Will get better."
Pfeiffer is in jail in lieu of $70,500 bail and Kitchens is being held on $30,000, with court dates scheduled for Sept. 29 and 30, respectively.
