1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
2. Quarterly Plan (3-month one-time purchase)
- One-time payment
- No auto-renewal
- Access ends after 3 months
- No automatic renewal charges
3. Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
We do not provide refunds for:
- unused service time
- lack of usage
- account deletion
- change of mind after purchase
Exceptions may be granted in cases of:
- duplicate payments
- technical issues preventing service use
- legal requirements
- exceptional cases at our discretion
4. Trial (Free Credits)
Each account receives:
- 30 free AI-generated comments (lifetime)
These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Payment Provider
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record), which handles:
- billing
- taxes
- invoicing
- payment processing
Refunds, when approved, may be processed via LemonSqueezy.
6. Chargebacks
We recommend contacting support before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
