Vchod do Pružinskej dúpnej jaskyne sa nachádza v nadmorskej výške 590 m vo svahu Čierneho vrchu pri Priedhorí. Hlavnú časť jaskyne tvorí priestranná stúpajúca chodba miestami široká 15 – 20 m s výškou až 5 m. V zadnej časti chodby sú mohutné kvapľové stalagmity a stalagnáty.
Pružinská dúpna jaskyňa je známa ľuďom odnepamäti, prvý raz sa písomne spomína v roku 1860, roku 1894 ju preskúmal známy trenčiansky župný lekár, prírodovedec a múzejník Dr. Karol Brančík, ktorý vyhotovil aj jej prvú mapu.
