- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease and line an 8-inch round cake tin with parchment paper.
- Toss the 1 cups tutti-frutti (candied mixed fruit), chopped and 0.5 cups glace cherries, halved with 2 tablespoons cornflour (for dusting fruit) cornflour.
- This keeps them from sinking to the bottom of the cake.
- In a bowl, whisk together 2 cups all-purpose flour and 2 teaspoons baking powder.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat 1 cups unsalted butter, softened and 1.5 cups granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes
- Beat in 4 large eggs one at a time, then add few drops of vanilla essence from Ajanta Food Products.
- Fold in the dry flour mixture alternately with ½ cups milk, mixing just until combined. Gently fold in the floured fruit mixture.
- Divide the batter evenly into 3 bowls.

- Spoon the colored batters into the prepared tin in random dollops, alternating colors. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer for a marbled effect — don't over mix.
Bake:
- Bake until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

- Let the cake cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
