Racoontech Order process

How to order:

1. Send me links or a list of items from iponcomp.com
   Or apple device model, color
   Or any special or rare edition item model / link to it's page
   
2. I calculate and confirm the final price in EUR
3. You leave 30% upfront
4. Delivery to Novi Sad within a week (usually Thursday)
5. In case of delivery to other cities, please note that the package will be delivered 1-2 days later than it came to NS.

🔹 What do you deliver?

Everything listed on iponcomp.com — computer parts, electronics, appliances, accessories, toys, etc.

Apple devices from Dubai.

Sometimes it’s possible to source very rare or non-standard items from Dubai that are not available in Serbia or IPON.

Large household appliances (fridges, washing machines, etc.) are discussed separately — they’re often cheaper locally.

🔹 Where do prices come from?

Prices are based on Hungarian store prices and logistics costs. I always confirm the final amount in EUR before ordering.

🔹 Is it cheaper than Serbia?

In most cases, yes — especially PC parts. Sometimes Serbian stores have good discounts, and I’ll tell you if I find anything in local stores.

🔹 Payment & delivery

30% upfront minimum. Payment: bank transfer, Raiffeisen ATM cash-in, or in person (Novi Sad / Srbobran).

Delivery to Novi Sad is usually on Thursdays. Other cities +1–2 days and local courier fee.

🔹 Warranty

Warranty duration is listed on the product page.

Warranty goes through me — refund or replacement usually takes 3–4 weeks (up to 60 days legally).

If a common part (SSD, RAM) is clearly defective and I have a replacement in stock, I’ll swap it immediately.

Software issues during PC builds (drivers, Windows, setup) are fixed for free.

🔹 Used parts

Used parts (if any) have separate warranty terms, usually up to 1 month.

🔹How Dubai orders work:

1. You tell me the exact model
   - Model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro / RTX5090 Hatsune Miku edition)
   - Storage
   - Color
   - SIM version if relevant
2. I request availability from supplier
   - Supplier checks stock in Dubai
   - Some shops don’t have public websites → stock is checked manually
3. I confirm price & availability
   - This can take several hours up to 1–3 days
   -- item is in Belgrade → fast
   -- item must be ordered → waiting time unclear but I will update you as soon as I have info
4. You decide
   - If price & timing are OK → we proceed
   - If not → no obligation, no pressure
5. Delivery
   - If already in Belgrade → usually fast
   - If ordered → depends on supplier shipment
   - Exact date is not always known in advance

⚠️ Important about such devices

• Prices can change while availability is being checked
• Exact delivery date is not always guaranteed
• Apple stock is more volatile than PC components
• Prices for rare items may differ significantly from standard models and can change quickly.
• If an item turns out to be unrealistic in price or delivery time, I’ll say so upfront.
• I always confirm price before any payment
