୨ৎ must have at least 5 valid results/portfolios for each division they wish to apply for.
୨ৎ able to communicate well, blend in, and work comfortably with fellow admins.
୨ৎ not currently on hiatus and have no plans to take a hiatus within the next 3 months.
୨ৎ capable of uploading at least 2 ready catalogues on a regular basis.
୨ৎ responsible for every task and order they accept until completion.
୨ৎ friendly, polite, and respectful toward buyers and fellow admins.
୨ৎ must not have any history of plagiarism, art theft, scamming, or other negative records.
୨ৎ able to apply basic manners and proper etiquette in conversations.
୨ৎ honest, committed, and genuinely interested in becoming part of the team.
୨ৎ able to complete orders truthfully according to their skills without misleading buyers.
୨ৎ must not ghost buyers, clients, or fellow admins while handling responsibilities.
୨ৎ able to maintain the store's reputation and keep internal matters confidential.
୨ৎ willing to accept feedback, suggestions, and evaluations professionally
୨ৎ possess good time management skills and can meet deadlines.
୨ৎ willing to give updates when facing delays or personal circumstances.
୨ৎ must not engage in activities that could harm the store, buyers, or team members.
୨ৎ able to follow store systems, regulations, and owner decisions.
୨ৎ committed to maintaining the quality standard of every service and catalogue.
୨ৎ active and responsive enough to contribute to the store's growth.
୨ৎ able to work both independently and as part of a team.
୨ৎ not joining solely for temporary benefits, but with genuine dedication and long-term commitment.
୨ৎ willing to help create a positive, supportive, and comfortable environment for everyone.
