RULES FOR JOINING THE STRAW HAT PIRATES

1. Subscribe to @OnePieceEnt First: Ensure you don’t miss any important information that will aid your journey.

2. Join with Your Main Account: Please use your main account, not a random or clone account. All types of accounts are accepted, including BA/CA/PA, as long as it’s not an RP account.

3. Intent to Join: We seek individuals who are genuinely interested in participating, not just casually curious. Make sure you have free time and can manage your schedule well, especially during busy periods.

4. Limit of Two Agencies: You may only be registered with a maximum of two agencies, including One Piece Ent.

5. Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old. If you are available for NSFW content, you must be 18 or older.

6. Good Attitude and Basic Manners: We value a positive attitude and do not want any issues with other agencies or within the rental community.

7. Responsibility for Your Work: Respect one another and protect the privacy of talents, admins, caretaker, and the agency.

8. Willingness to Follow Agency Provisions: Be prepared to adhere to all rules set forth by the agency and do not violate them later on.

9. Additional Skills: If you have skills such as playing an instrument, can engage in character (IC), or are fluent in English, REAL LIFE & NSWF THINGS these will earn you extra points with us.

11. Active Participation Required: Participation in the Free Rent Program is mandatory to prove your quality as a talent. This initiative allows aspiring performers to showcase their skills without financial burden, demonstrating commitment and suitability for the Straw Hat Pirates crew.

12. Respect Creative Differences: Embrace diversity in creativity and respect differing opinions and ideas among fellow talents.

13. No Harassment or Discrimination: Maintain a safe environment for everyone; any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.

14. Commitment to Growth: Show a willingness to learn and grow as a performer; constructive feedback is part of our journey together.

15. Social Media Conduct: Be mindful of your conduct on social media; represent the Straw Hat Pirates positively and uphold our values.
