RULES AND TERMS OF THE SPORTS EVENTS CLUB COMMUNITY

RULES AND TERMS OF THE SPORTS EVENTS CLUB COMMUNITY

Sports Events Club

1. General Provisions

1.1. Sports Events Club (hereinafter referred to as the "Community") is a community formed based on an interest in sports events and crypto assets, where participants can interact with each other and qualify for rewards for participation and activity.

1.2. These rules regulate the conditions and procedures for participation, the rights and obligations of members, as well as the mechanics of interaction within the Community.

1.3. Participation in the Community is voluntary.

1.4. The Community utilizes digital assets to enhance interactions among its members and is not an investment or financial platform.

1.5. Compliance with these Rules and Terms is monitored by the Community Administration.

1.6. The Administration reserves the right to amend these Rules and Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Terminology

This section provides definitions of key terms used within the Community.

2.1 Match Pool – a resource containing information about sports events (matches) that participants have previously voted on, thereby predicting the outcomes of these events. Each "match pool" has participants who may qualify for rewards for participating in the pool.

2.2 Match Pool NFT – a non-fungible token (NFT), a digital (crypto) asset operating on the Polygon blockchain, which grants its holder access to a specific "match pool."

2.3 Match Pool Rating – a numerical indicator reflecting the success rate of match pool results and, accordingly, the accuracy of community members’ predictions. The rating is expressed in Rating Points (RP).

2.4 Rating Points (RP) – a token of the ERC-20 standard issued and operating on the Polygon blockchain. It serves as a reward for Community members in general and for "match pool" participants in particular.

2.5 Partner Pool – a separate pool for users who attract new members and promote the project.

2.6 Partner Pool NFT – a non-fungible token (NFT), a digital (crypto) asset operating on the Polygon blockchain, which grants its holder access to a specific Partner Pool.

2.7 Royalties – a 2% commission on secondary sales of the Community's NFTs, which accumulates and is periodically distributed among RP holders.

2.8 Prediction Markets – types of predictions or criteria used to determine match winners. The following prediction markets are defined:

  • 2.8.1 Win1 | Draw | Win2 – Home Win, Draw, or Away Win.
  • 2.8.2 Total – The total number of goals (points, pucks, games) scored in a match.
  • 2.8.3 Team1 Total – Individual total for the Home team – the number of goals (points, pucks, games) scored by the home team.
  • 2.8.4 Team2 Total – Individual total for the Away team – the number of goals (points, pucks, games) scored by the away team.
  • 2.8.5 Corners. Total – The total number of corner kicks in a match (football matches only).
  • 2.8.6 Corners. Team1 Total – Individual total for the Home team – the number of corner kicks taken by the home team.
  • 2.8.7 Corners. Team2 Total – Individual total for the Away team – the number of corner kicks taken by the away team.
  • 2.8.8 Offside Total – The total number of offsides in a match (football matches only).
  • 2.8.9 Yellow Cards. Total – The total number of yellow cards in a match (football matches only).

3. Participation in "Match Pools" and NFT Ownership

3.1 To participate in any "match pool," a user must own the corresponding Match Pool NFT.

3.2 NFTs can only be acquired from other Community members.

3.3 Participation in "match pools" is limited by the number of NFTs available for that pool.

3.4 NFT holders automatically become participants of the corresponding "match pool" as well as members of the Community as a whole.

3.5 Once a user acquires an NFT (of any "match pool") for the first time, they may (at their discretion) join the Community’s Telegram group, participate in voting and other Community activities, and become eligible for additional rewards.

3.6 Users have full ownership rights over their acquired NFTs and may manage them at their discretion.

3.7 When selling a "match pool" NFT, the user ceases to be a participant of the corresponding "match pool" and loses the right to receive rewards from that pool. However, they remain a member of the Community and may, for example, stay in the Community group and continue participating in voting and other activities.

3.8 There are 20 (twenty) match pools, with the structure of one event per pool (per day).

4. Voting Process for Events

4.1 Up to 20 sports events (inclusive) are selected daily from top-priority tournaments and teams. A voting process is conducted for each selected event.

4.2 Voting takes place in two stages:

  • 4.2.1 First stage: Participants vote for the Prediction Market.
  • 4.2.2 Second stage: Participants predict the match outcome based on the selected Prediction Market.

4.3 As a result of the first-stage voting, the Prediction Market with the highest number of votes is selected. If multiple options receive the same highest number of votes, the market listed higher in the poll is chosen.

4.4 In the second stage, participants predict the match outcome according to the previously selected Prediction Market.

4.5 Based on the results of the second-stage voting, odds (quotations) are formed for the event voted on by the participants.

4.6 Odds determine the rating growth of the "match pool." The growth can be positive or negative and is expressed as a percentage relative to the current rating of the "match pool" in which the event is included.

4.7 After the second-stage voting is completed, the rated events are automatically and randomly distributed among the "match pools."

4.8 Information about the event is published in the Community’s official Telegram channel.

4.9 Voting is conducted in the Community’s official Telegram group using the poll feature.

4.10 All registered Community members in the Telegram group can vote for each event unless restricted by other Community Rules or group rules. Each participant may only vote once per match.

5. Match Pool Rating and Rewards

5.1 Each match pool has the following characteristics:

  • 5.1.1 Rating – The key indicator of a match pool, reflecting the success rate of Community members' predictions. It determines the amount of RP that will be "mined" and distributed as rewards to match pool participants.
  • 5.1.2 Changes – The percentage change in the rating over time.
  • 5.1.3 Last Change – The percentage change in the rating based on the last completed match in the pool.
  • 5.1.4 Max – The highest rating ever recorded.
  • 5.1.5 Min – The lowest rating ever recorded.
  • 5.1.6 Matches Played – The number of matches played within the match pool that have impacted its rating.
  • 5.1.7 Volatility – An indicator of how much the rating fluctuates. The higher this value, the more significantly the rating will change after each completed match.
  • 5.1.8 Mined – The amount of RP "mined" and distributed among match pool participants.

5.2 A match pool’s rating is directly influenced by the results of the matches in the pool and, consequently, by the accuracy of the Community’s collective predictions.

5.3 A match pool’s rating can increase or decrease by a predetermined percentage of its current rating.

5.4 The match pool rating is updated after each completed match in the pool. Information about match pools, including their ratings, is published in the Sports Events Club Telegram channel.

5.5 RP is distributed as rewards to match pool participants on a monthly basis.

5.6 The reward amount for a pool is determined by its rating at the time of distribution. The reward is allocated among all pool participants based on their share in the pool.

5.7 Match pool participants are the holders of its corresponding NFT.

5.8 A match pool’s rating depends on the results of successfully completed events in its pool. Once rewards are distributed, the rating does not reset or change retroactively.

5.9 The minimum established match pool rating is 0.01 RP. The rating cannot drop below this value.

5.10 If a match pool’s rating reaches the minimum threshold, its volatility indicator will be doubled (x2) until its rating stabilizes or surpasses 1 RP.

5.11 If a match pool’s rating is below 1 RP at the time of reward distribution, no rewards will be issued to its participants.

5.12 The starting rating for each match pool is 100 RP.

5.13 The Administration reserves the right to deny rewards to users who have previously used methods to avoid paying royalties on secondary sales of any NFTs from the Community’s collection.

6. Events

6.1 Community members are invited to predict events from four sports: Football (Soccer), Basketball, Hockey, and Tennis.

6.2 Events are automatically selected from over 200 tournaments related to the aforementioned sports.

6.3 Each tournament, as well as certain popular teams and tennis players, has a priority level (popularity). The higher the priority of a tournament or team, the greater the chance that an event from this tournament (and featuring a high-priority team) will be selected for voting.

6.4 Each day, 20 events are selected—one event per match pool. If fewer than 20 events take place on a given day, the actual number of available events will be selected. This means that on such a day, some match pools will not have an event assigned.

6.5 Event information and result verification for events included in match pools are sourced from publicly available specialized internet resources. Anyone can independently verify the results and other details of an event.

6.6 If an event that was previously included in a match pool is canceled, postponed, or if its official result cannot be obtained for reasons beyond the Community’s control, the event is annulled—it will be removed from the match pool’s list and will not affect the match pool’s rating.

6.7 If an event that was previously included in a match pool starts but is interrupted and rescheduled to another date (without an official result being declared), the event is annulled—it will be removed from the match pool’s list and will not affect the match pool’s rating.

6.8 If an event starts but is stopped for any reason (e.g., a player’s withdrawal or injury in a tennis match) yet an official result is declared, the event will not be annulled, and its result will be considered in the calculation and update of the match pool’s rating.

6.9 The results of football and hockey matches are recorded based on the completion of regular time (excluding overtime). The results of basketball matches are recorded based on the completion of regular time and overtime (if the regular time ended in a draw). The results of tennis matches are recorded based on the official determination of the match winner, unless otherwise specified in these Rules and Conditions.

7. Partner Pool (Royalty Pool)

7.1 The Partner Pool is a separate pool for users who bring new members into the Community.

7.2 Members of the Partner Pool can earn RP rewards based on the amount of royalty generated, which directly affects the pool's rating.

7.3 Partner Pool Rating Formation:

  • For every 1 POL of royalty generated, the Partner Pool receives a reward of 0.01% RP of the total rating of all match pools (with a maximum cap of 100%).

7.4 Reward distribution for Partner Pool members occurs on the same day as the distribution for Match Pool members.

7.5 Rewards are distributed among all Partner Pool members proportionally to their share in the pool.

8. Group Members and Rewards

8.1 Members of the Community are divided into three categories:

  • Match Pool Participants
  • Partner Pool Participants
  • Group Participants (Telegram Group Members)

8.2 The interaction mechanics for the first two categories are described in Sections 3 and 7, respectively.

8.3 Community members can belong to all categories simultaneously or to just one (or two) according to these Rules and Conditions.

8.4 Telegram group members can earn rewards based on their activity within the group. Activity is evaluated through a self-regulation mechanism, where participants use reactions on messages to give/receive positive or negative reputation for their contributions.

8.5 Top 100 group members with positive reputation will share 5% of the total rewards distributed to all Match Pools monthly. Additionally, 4% of the total Match Pool rewards will be allocated for tasks and contests within the group.

8.6 1% RP of the total Match Pool rewards is distributed as compensation for administrative actions.

9. Distribution of Royalties

9.1 All royalties generated from the trading of NFTs from the Community collection are distributed (or raffled) among RP holders.

9.2 Distribution occurs monthly, provided that the total accumulated royalties at the time of distribution amount to at least 100 POL.

9.3 To qualify for rewards, users must hold at least 0.1% of the total circulating supply of RP at the time of distribution.

9.4 The administration reserves the right to exclude users from receiving rewards if they have previously used methods to evade royalty payments on secondary NFT sales from the Community collection.

10. Ways to Interact with the Community

10.1. Participants can engage and access information related to the Community’s activities through several communication channels:

10.1.1 Telegram Channel: Sports Events Club – News and other official information about the Community.

10.1.2 Telegram Channel: Sports Events Club. Pools – Information about "partner pool" and "match pools," including ratings, event schedules, and event results.

10.1.3 Telegram Group: Sports Events Club – Voting, analytics, and discussions on sports events, as well as cryptocurrency-related topics and more.

10.1.4 Sports Events Club Bot – The Telegram bot for member registration in the group.

10.1.5 Sports Events ClubNFT Marketplace – Buy and sell NFTs from the community collection without platform fees.

10.2. To join the group, participants must register via a Telegram bot. During registration, they need to provide a wallet address that supports the Polygon blockchain (e.g., Metamask).

10.3. At the time of registration (until membership is approved, which may take up to 72 hours), the user must own at least one NFT from the Community’s collection. The NFT must be in the wallet address provided during registration.

10.4. After successful registration, a group member may sell, gift, or burn their NFT without it affecting their membership in the group.

10.5. Participation in the group is governed by separate rules, which can be reviewed within the group itself.

11. Prohibited Actions and Responsibilities

11.1. Community members interact in many aspects in a decentralized manner. For example, all transactions involving NFTs from the Community’s collection are conducted directly between members. Participants also manage their RP tokens independently after receiving rewards.

11.2. Participants bear full responsibility for the security of their assets, as well as for any transactions they conduct with such assets.

11.3. Any actions that violate these Rules and Terms are strictly prohibited.

11.3.1. If a participant’s actions result in the loss of financial funds or any Community assets by other members, the offender will be permanently blacklisted with no right to reinstatement.

11.3.2. If a participant’s actions violate these Rules and Terms but do not (not through the offender’s intent) cause financial losses or asset damage to other members, the offender will be temporarily blacklisted.

11.3.3. If any other unlisted actions by a participant lead to financial losses or asset damage for other members of the Community, the offender will be permanently blacklisted with no right to reinstatement.

11.4. The blacklist is a record of users and/or their wallet addresses who have violated these Rules and Terms or whose actions have resulted in financial losses, digital asset damage, or any other form of harm—including moral harm—to Community members.

11.5. Blacklisted users are no longer considered Community members and lose the right to claim any rewards designated for members.

11.6. Blacklisted users may be partially or completely restricted from participating in the Community’s group. The degree of restriction is regulated by separate group rules or is determined at the discretion of the administration unless otherwise specified in the group’s rules.

11.7. Being added to the blacklist may be either a temporary or a permanent measure, meaning users may be banned indefinitely without the possibility of reinstatement.

11.8. The decision on the duration of blacklist-related restrictions is made at the administration’s discretion unless otherwise specified in these Rules and Terms.

12. Proposal and Amendment Process

12.1. Community members with a high reputation (in the Telegram group) may propose changes or additions to the interaction mechanics and Community Rules.

12.2. The proposal mechanism will be conducted through a separate communication channel—a dedicated initiative group. Members with a high reputation may be invited to join this group.

12.3. Active and initiative-driven members with a high reputation may become part of the administration and take an active role in managing and developing the Community.

12.4. The final decision on inviting users to the initiative group or appointing them as administrators (moderators) remains with the current Community administration.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. Participation in the Community implies full acceptance of these Rules and Terms.

13.2. All changes and additions are published in the official Telegram channel Sports Events Club.

13.3. These Rules and Terms take effect from the moment they are published on the official Sports Events Club channel or related resources.
