* 3) do not give to Russians, and to the people from blacklist https://t.me/pidvals/12. Do not sell the character for rubles in any way!!

*4) not to create any new rules, not to remove anything from current one; all rules are passed along the chain.

- if the rules with * were violated by any intermediary, the withdrawal of the character is guaranteed, without returning the resources spent on adopt. Rules without * can be discussed with me if they have been violated.
