Optomi, in partnership with Therapy Management firm, is seeking an RPA developer to join their team! The company operates in vulnerable areas such as skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and pediatrics. It offers various types of therapy: speech, physical, and occupational therapy.




Project: Exploring Power Automate to automate repetitive manual tasks. Their current system lacks interoperability across it systems, and there are multiple use cases emerging for automating activities, but current systems are not capable of supporting automation.

* Need this person to come in and automate HRIS process for the HRIS analyst to help automate repetitive processes, freeing up staff for more advanced tasks.
* The ideal contract resource would focus on automation and reduce the manual effort required in HR processes. Build workflows for these processes, helping reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
* Would be looking to the SME / Consultant to figure out how long this would take.
