Halcyon Flashing Guide

Installing recovery​

1. Download the recommended recovery from here.
2. Enter fastboot mode by using a key combination Power + Vol Down.
3. Connect your device to your PC via USB.
4. Verify that your PC detects the device with fastboot devices.
5. Flash the recovery onto your device using fastboot flash recovery recovery.img.
6. Reboot into recovery mode by holding Power + Vol Up.

Installing ROM (from a beanpod rom)​

1. Download the latest release of Halcyon
2. Reboot into recovery mode
3. Perform 5 wipes (Dalvik, System, Vendor, Data and Cache)
4. Go back and go to Install and flash the rom zip
5. Go back and go to Wipe and then format data
6. Reboot system.

Installing ROM (from a non beanpod rom)​

1. Download the latest release of Halcyon
2. Reboot into recovery mode (Make sure you flashed the recommended recovery otherwise you may end up with no encryption/non bootable system.)
3. Perform 5 wipes (Dalvik, System, Vendor, Data and Cache)
4. Flash the rom zip
5. Reboot to recovery from recovery tab in the main menu
6. Perform a format data
7. Reboot system
