Response time: usually within 2 business days Last updated: 16 September 2026 WHAT REIS IS REIS replaces the paper expense report that truck, bus and van drivers fill in after a trip. You record what was advanced to you, what you spent and on what, photograph the receipts, and at the end of the trip the app builds the finished report as a PDF or an Excel file. The app works entirely offline. There is no account, no registration and no server: everything lives on your phone. GETTING STARTED 1. Open the app and tap "Get started". 2. Create a trip: pick the vehicle, enter where you are going from and to, and set the date. That is the minimum — everything else can be filled in along the way. 3. Enter the advance you were given, in the currency you were given it in. 4. Record each expense as it happens: category, amount, cash or card, and a photo of the receipt. 5. When the trip is over, close it and export the report. HOW THE BALANCE IS CALCULATED BALANCE = ADVANCED - CASH SPENT Card spending is listed separately and does not reduce the cash you owe back. Cash withdrawn from a company card counts as an advance, not as a card expense, so it raises the amount advanced. Currencies are never added together. Euros, lei, zloty and every other currency are kept in their own columns, because the app does not know the rate your company uses and must not invent one. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Do I need an internet connection? No. The app never needs one. At a border, in a dead zone or while roaming it works exactly as it does at home. Do I need to register? No. There is no account, no phone number and no e-mail. Where is my data stored? Only on your phone, in the app's protected storage. Nobody else can see it, including us. How do I get the report out of the app? Open the trip and choose export. The file (PDF or Excel) is built on the device, then you send it wherever you like: messenger, e-mail or cloud. Can I record a trip that has already happened? Yes. Create the trip and set the real dates; expenses and receipts can be entered afterwards. What is included free? One active trip, the three most recent completed trips, one driver and one vehicle. The report for your very first trip is free forever. What does REIS Pro add? Unlimited trips, the full archive, PDF and Excel export, statistics, your own expense categories and templates, and unlimited drivers and vehicles. How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by the app. On iPhone: Settings -> your name -> Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store -> Payments and subscriptions -> Subscriptions. The app has a button that opens the same page. I bought Pro but a new phone does not have it. Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases". The purchase belongs to your store account, so it can always be pulled back. I bought Pro forever while a subscription was running. Neither store cancels the subscription by itself. Cancel it in the store settings; the lifetime unlock stays. How do I move my data to a new phone? Settings -> Backup -> export. That produces one file with every trip, expense and photo in it. On the new phone, import the same file. How do I delete everything? Delete the app. Everything it holds goes with it and nothing is left on any server, because there is no server.
