SEGMENT ONE: Our commission hours are as refined as a curated gallery schedule 12 PM to 12 AM on weekdays and 6 AM to 9 PM on weekends. But hey, life happens—exceptions may apply if the artist is lost in creative chaos or grappling with the mysteries of the universe.

SEGMENT TWO: Hit-and-run orders are strictly prohibited. We're not a fast-food joint. Orders will only be processed once you show us the sacred proof of payment via GOPAY, SPAY, QRIS and BCA.

SEGMENT THREE: Artistic brilliance takes time, so expect your commission to be completed within 2 days to ±1 week, depending on the cosmic alignment of schedules. We appreciate your patience and zen-like understanding.

SEGMENT FOUR: Respect the craft. Personal use only. No tracing, no claiming, and absolutely no shenanigans involving the artist’s work.

SEGMENT FIVE: Revisions are a sacred ritual, limited to 3 instances. Push beyond that, and you're venturing into uncharted territory where no more edits shall be granted.
