BASIC RULES

Make sure you have joined our main area @MINDGAZEE to ensure that all the information we will provide can be well received by our best prospective talents. We warmly welcome you to join our agency and please check our regulations carefully. You can join max 3 agency, including Mind Gaze.

MINIMUM AGE FOT TALENT

Mind Gaze only accept talents who are aged 17 years and over. If your age doesn’t match our criteria, we apologize profusely for not being able to recruit you as part of Mind Gaze.

ACCOUNT TYPES

Mind Gaze gladly hail various types of accounts to become the best part of us and but we have strict provisions that accounts with the ROLEPLAYER / RANT / PRIVATE type will displeasure not join our agency.

WAGE’S TERMS

Mind Gaze uses a salary deduction of 0% - 13% which is used as agency needs for its future. There are several different percentage deductions that can be outlined, if the talent's income is less than 10.000 then they will not get a salary cut at all and the money will be 100% included in the talent's income and if the talent's income is above 10.000 then they will get a 13% cut from the part of agency. For OTP and Sleepcall, will get cut 7% only. If you still don't understand or confused about salary deductions, kindly ask @gArsitek for other information.

NSFW

Regarding for talents who have NSFW availability, please make sure that you is 19 years or older. There is no tolerance for talents with minor ages. Our agency strictly and strictly does not allow underage talents to have nsfw availability and strictly prohibits things. You can report to Mind Gaze bot or @gArsitek for criticism and suggestions. If we find this regard from our side, we are firm and displeasure to retire the related part from our agency.

PROFESSIONALISM, MANNER & TALENT LOYALTY

Mind Gaze hopes that every talent will maintain and develop a professional nature in working together within our agency, including not involving personal matters that are detrimental to the talent, other people and even the agency. Talents are expected to maintain their attitude towards fellow talents, towards customers and towards parties related to the agency. We also hope that prospective talents who will join our agency will not be busy or have other activities that could disrupt performance within our agency. We also strictly prohibit talents who are currently busy from collaborating with our agency so that it can harm the talent and other people. Talent is expected to maintain the good name of the agency.
