REGULATIONS.
KONSTGALLERI.I. Subscribing to @Konstgalleri’s channel is a must for all purchasing customers.
II. Payment is always first, and we accept a number of payments, such as: DANA AND GOPAY.
III. Make sure that you have filled out the form both correctly and fully and send the form to our bot or the username that is currently in charge.
IV. Revisions are available. However, there is a maximum of 3 minor revisions with a time limit of 24 hours after the result is given out to the buyer. For major revisions or any customer error, there will also be a charge.
V. We provide the option of using pictures from us, Konstgalleri; moreover, pictures from buyers. However, if the customer wishes for the pictures to be from us, an additional charge of 2.000 will be added to the total. We only accept PNG/JPEG that are not from paid services, such as: Bubble, Phoning, et cetera.
VI. The results will be given out through a Telegram file or Google Drive, and the process will take around insert the number of days.
VII. PLAGIARISM is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Using our designs as an inspo or even re-make our designs will be charged with minimum 300.000 for one design.
