01. Before making your purchase, you must first subscribe to @ivoryhearts in order to receive additional information from us. Keep in mind that once you enter, there is no way out.

02. Before we process your order, we want you to complete the payment. You can pay via DANA & QRISS (no additional fee) and provide us a real screenshot without the original one being cropped to avoid a hit-and-run.

03. Sending your form indicates that you have already received the products, you have a maximum of 24 hours to complete your payment, or else the items will be passed to another person. We also won't accept consumer cancellations because sending form = fix order.

04. A customized order will take two to seven days to complete, a rushed order can be ordered with an extra cost. However, if your order is not in-rush, please wait patiently until we send you the preview. If we don't send it to you in a timely manner, you can request a refund.

05. Plagiarism is highly forbidden; anyone in charge of this action towards ivoryhearts will be fined IDR 200,000 for any instances of plagiarism.
