REGULATIONS

1. Before placing an order, please make sure you've joined our channel: [@lautmmembiru].

2. Once you've submitted the order, cancellations are strictly not allowed. Please be certain before committing.

3. Payment is required after the sketch is completed.

4. When providing references, please keep them clear and concise. Make sure to include visual references or photos to avoid any misunderstandings.

5. You're allowed free revisions on sketch and base color. Any further changes will incur an additional fee.

6. Feel free to customize the basic background and character accessories—these come at no extra cost. Note : detailed bg/acc akan tetap dikenakan fee.

7. Artwork will be completed within 3 days to 4 weeks, depending on the artist’s schedule. Note : bisa lebih jika jadwal artist sedang padat.

8. Refunds will only be given if the mistake is on the artist's part.

Note : untuk inrush tidak available sehari, dikarenakan estimasi tercepat minimal 3 hari. Saya berhak menolak orderan yang tidak saya sanggupi, hope y'all understand it and thank you berry much.
