REGULATIONS.

(Understanding and adhering to each term will ensure a smooth process and the completion of your commission).

— All completed order forms must be submitted via the Telegram account @Yaguchii.

— If you have already submitted your form and have not received a response within 12 (twelve) hours, please kindly resubmit your form. This is to ensure your form is not missed in the queue.

— Filling out the order form signifies your readiness to proceed with payment.

— I have the right to reject order forms if I think that the requested task's difficulty exceeds my capacity or expertise of editing—before the payment of your commission.

— If your order payment has not been completed within more than 12 (twelve) hours after the confirmation of the total cost, your order will be considered a "hit and run" (an order without completion of payment)

— We only accept reference files submitted in Telegram File format when you are ordering icons. Submissions in formats other than Telegram File are prohibited.

— We accept various types of reference photos, including 2D images, K-Pop idol photos, and your personal photos. However, we kindly request that you ensure the photos used are not fanarts or exclusive content that has copyright restrictions.

— Your order will be processed within a timeframe of 1 to 7 business days. If your order has reached the 7th (seventh) day and I have not sent you a preview or the completed order you paid for, you are entitled to request a refund.

— Revisions can be requested within 1x24 hours (twenty-four hours) after I send the preview and the final files. If you wish to make changes after the decided time has passed, I regret to inform you that I cannot process them, as temporary files have been deleted to process other clients commission.

— For clients who request seller to search for pictures, an additional fee of +1,000 per muse (per character) will apply.

— For urgent orders that require immediate processing, a rush order fee will be applied. This fee is 3,000 per hour for immediate hourly rush orders, and 2,000 per day for rush orders that require processing within a specific number of days.

— Payment can be made via DANA and QRIS without any additional administrative fees.
