REGULATIONS

1. All required formats must be filled out clearly and completely to avoid any miscommunication.

2. The seller reserves the right to decline any order if it is deemed unmanageable or beyond capacity.

3. Full payment is required upfront and must be made via QRIS, with an additional fee of 500p.

4. If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the order will be considered a hit and run.

5. The estimated processing time is approximately 1–7 days after payment has been confirmed.

6. Submitted images must not be fan art or taken from websites with copyrighted content. Commissioned works are permitted only with prior approval from the original artist.

7. A maximum of three minor revisions is allowed within 24 hours. Major revisions will incur additional charges.

8. Refunds will only be granted in cases where the fault is proven to be on the seller’s side.
