REFLECTION. IVㅤ ─── MCMLXXV ⓘ) ... “ Will Graham ”

Reflection

He is the fractured mirror in which I see myself, a reflection both maddening and sublime. Will Graham—the prey who understands the hunter, the hunter who cannot escape being prey. In him, I find my equal, my antithesis.

He moves through the world unguarded, a lamb walking unknowingly toward the wolf. Yet I am no mere wolf. I am the shadow that watches, the storm that consumes. Protective, yes—but only because he is mine to possess, mine to break, mine to keep.

Each breath he takes, each thought that flits through his fractured mind, is a thread I pull. He does not yet realize he dances to the tune I compose, that his rebellion is part of the performance, orchestrated and inevitable. He is my creation, my prey, and my greatest triumph.

And when his will bends entirely to mine, when his surrender is complete, I will remind him of the truth:

When the fox hears the rabbit scream, he comes a-runnin’, but not to help.
