1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using RAMiner through Telegram, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.
By continuing to use RAMiner, you also confirm that you have read and agree to comply with Telegram's Terms of Service (https://telegram.org/tos) and Telegram's Bot Terms (https://telegram.org/tos/bots).

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLICATION
RAMiner is a gamified simulation application that operates as a Telegram Mini App. The Application allows users to:
- Simulate a virtual RAM mining process through an interactive game interface
- Collect virtual in-app items called "RAM Parts" to enhance simulated mining speed
- Earn virtual in-app rewards (RAM, COIN, GOLD) through gameplay activities
- Participate in referral-based reward mechanics within the game
- Exchange and withdraw accumulated virtual rewards subject to applicable conditions
RAMiner is an entertainment and gamification product. It is not a financial service, investment platform, trading platform, or any form of financial instrument.

3. NATURE OF THE APPLICATION — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
RAMinerBot kesinlikle kullanıcıya yatırım veya para kazanma hedefi sunmaz. Uygulama yalnızca kullanıcıları proje içerisindeki oyun mekaniği aracılığıyla sanal ödüllerle hediyelendirir.
RAMinerBot does not offer, promise, or imply any investment returns or income-generation goals to its users. The Application solely rewards users with in-application virtual prizes as part of a gamified experience.
3.1 — No Investment Product
RAMiner is NOT an investment product, financial instrument, or securities offering.
Virtual rewards (RAM, COIN, GOLD) are in-application credits used solely within the App ecosystem. No guaranteed return, profit, or financial gain is promised or implied at any time. Past reward distributions do not constitute a guarantee of future distributions.
3.2 — Gamified Simulation
RAM Parts are virtual in-game items sold exclusively for gamification and simulation purposes within the Application.
Purchasing RAM Parts enhances the user's in-game simulation speed and gameplay experience only. The sale of RAM Parts does not constitute the purchase of any real-world asset, security, commodity, or financial product. All transactions related to RAM Parts are made with full understanding that these are virtual game items with no intrinsic financial value outside the Application.
3.3 — Voluntary Participation
All user participation, including the optional purchase of in-game items, is entirely voluntary. Users are not obligated to make any purchase to use the Application's core features.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH TELEGRAM RULES
RAMiner operates in full compliance with Telegram's platform rules and guidelines.
4.1 — Telegram Terms of Service Compliance
RAMiner does not violate Telegram's Terms of Service (https://telegram.org/tos).
RAMiner does not violate Telegram's Bot Usage Terms (https://telegram.org/tos/bots).
RAMiner does not engage in any activity prohibited by Telegram's platform policies.
4.2 — No Prohibited Content
The Application does NOT distribute or promote illegal content.
The Application does NOT conduct or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
The Application does NOT operate as an unregistered exchange or broker.
The Application does NOT collect user data beyond what is described in this document and what Telegram's platform provides.
4.3 — Transparent Operation
The Application operates transparently within Telegram's Mini App framework. All Bot API interactions comply with Telegram's Bot API Terms. User data obtained through Telegram is used solely for app functionality as described in Section 7 of this document.

5. ELIGIBILITY
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Your use of the Application does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of such applications is prohibited

6. USER CONDUCT
Users agree to:
- Use the Application only for its intended, lawful purposes
- Not attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Application or its systems
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or other means to artificially inflate rewards
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts the Application's normal operation
- Not impersonate other users or staff members
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
7.1 — Data We Collect
When you use RAMiner, we collect and process the following data provided through Telegram:
Telegram User ID — Account identification
Display Name (First + Last) — In-app profile display
Telegram Username — In-app profile display
Profile Photo URL — In-app avatar display
Language Code — Localization
Referral Parameters — Referral reward processing
We do NOT collect:
- Passwords or authentication credentials
- Payment card information (payments processed through third-party providers)
- Device location
- Private Telegram messages or chat content
7.2 — How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used exclusively to:
- Create and manage your in-app account
- Process in-game rewards and transactions
- Enable the referral reward system
- Send relevant in-app notifications via Telegram Bot
- Improve application performance and user experience
7.3 — Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Payment processors (OxaPay, Telegram Stars) — solely to process optional in-app transactions
- Hosting infrastructure — for the technical operation of the Application
- When required by law — if compelled by a valid legal order
7.4 — Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us through the official Telegram support channel. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7.5 — Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted database storage, secure API communications (HTTPS), and access control to backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we commit to reasonable measures to protect your information.
7.6 — Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services:
- Telegram API — Core platform functionality
- OxaPay — Cryptocurrency payment processing
- CoinGecko API — Cryptocurrency price data
Each third party has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them independently.

8. IN-APP PURCHASES AND WITHDRAWALS
8.1 — Virtual Item Purchases
RAM Parts and other in-app items may be purchased using real currency or cryptocurrency. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Purchased items are virtual and have no monetary value outside the Application.
8.2 — Withdrawals
The Application may allow withdrawal of accumulated virtual COIN rewards under specific conditions. Withdrawal availability, minimum amounts, and processing times are subject to change. The Application reserves the right to verify user eligibility before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are not guaranteed and are subject to platform availability and applicable terms.
8.3 — No Financial Guarantee
The Application makes NO guarantee regarding the monetary value of any virtual reward, nor the availability of withdrawal at any given time. Virtual rewards are subject to the Application's internal economy and are not pegged to any real-world financial index.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Application, including graphics, interface design, code, and virtual item designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of the RAMiner development team. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. The developers are not liable for any loss of virtual rewards due to technical issues, maintenance, or account suspension resulting from Terms violations. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Major changes will be communicated through the official Telegram channel.
