"When i move my exam Confused.com is telling me it'll be 1600+ per year each year with provisional. I 'm expecting to cross in january and would rather prefer to be operating to school then :/ I 'm 18 in nov and prefer to not wait till then. These costs are extracted from a number of unique inexpensive cars i've entirely on autotrader. Any tips on reducing the purchase price
