Question for LIFE INSURANCE BROKERS or salespeople!!!!?

This is what occurred: my mother forced my uninsured car and got a speeding ticket plus an insurance admission. Because she owns a car with existing insurance (its just that one time that she happened to generate my car) can I must purchase insurance to ensure that judge to cut back her solution? Or may the ticket get dismissed since she already had insurance (only on her auto)?
