Ce blog de cuisine a été créé dans le but de partager des recettes proportionnées pour une personne ! Car c'est plutôt difficile d'en trouver et parfois compliqué de diviser les recettes "normales"... Bonne visite !
En été, j’aime bien profiter du beau temps pour aller faire des balades dans la nature et pique-niquer. L’occasion ici de tester un produit de mon partenaire Jacquet : les pains « Brasserie Burger ».
Les pains sont de forme rectangulaire, pré tranchés en deux, et pèsent environ 83g. On peut les utiliser de plusieurs façons. Dans ma recette, j’ai passé au grille-pain chaque tranche quelques minutes. Je les ai ensuite badigeonnées de sauce vinaigrette (on peut aussi mettre de la mayonnaise ou n'importe quelle sauce de notre choix).
Sur la tranche du dessous, j’ai disposé quelques feuilles de salade, le blanc de poulet, puis la tomate coupée en rondelles. Puis recouvert le tout de la deuxième moitié de pain grillé.
Conclusion : c’était délicieux ! La croûte du pain est très croustillante, la mie est aérée. Il a un bon goût de baguette à l’ancienne, et pas de pain type pain industriel tout mou pour hamburger.
On peut également utiliser ces pains pour plein d’autres recettes de sandwichs, car on peut aussi d’abord composer le sandwich et ensuite passer le tout au four quelques minutes (pour par exemple faire fondre du fromage). Ce pain est donc seulement précuit et doit être ou passé au grille-pain, ou au four, avant d’être mangé. Mais ce n’est pas un problème car même refroidi, c’est très bon.
ALors ça c'est du sandwich ! J'adore, on a qu'une envie c'est de croquer dedans ! On ne trouve vraiment pas mieux dans le commerce ! Bon dimanche, bises

Note that qu’elle (or qu’elles in the plural) is a contraction of que and elle(s) PRONOMS SUJETS . The structure is used for exclamations ( Qu’elle + verb...!), or to link two phrases. Example: Je te dis qu’elle… (I’m telling you that she...)
Qu’elle est belle ta robe ! How pretty your dress is!/What a pretty dress!
Je me rappelle ce qu’elles m’ont dit. I remember what they told me.
Top tip: To be sure that the contraction is necessary, and not the adjective, make the sentence masculine by using qu’il(s) .
Qu’elle est belle, ta robe ! → Qu’il est beau, ton pantalon ! (Masculine form is possible, so qu’elle is correct.)
Quelle belle robe ! → Qu’il beau pantalon ! (Incorrect. The adjective quelle is needed here.)
