1. CNN + RNN (hybrid model)
A two-stage architecture is used:
1. CNN (Conv1D) for extracting features - trends, patterns, anomalies from candlestick data.
2. RNN (SimpleRNN, LSTM or GRU) for temporal analysis of these features and “buy/sell” classification.
3. Input data normalization (StandardScaler), one-hot learning, EarlyStopping.
4. Export the model via QuantCore, integrate into MQL5 via ConvNet.mqh, scaler StandardizationScaler.
