By accessing and using QuantSignals100 ("QS100", "we", "us") services, including our tiered Telegram signal channels and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

QuantSignals100 provides algorithmic trading signals for Gold (XAU/USD), Silver (XAG/USD), FX (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY), and Energy (Natural Gas, WTI Crude) through tiered Telegram channels. Our services include:

• Systematic BUY/SELL signals with asset, direction, entry price, timestamp, and trading session
• Diamond tier additionally includes an ML Confidence score and an AI-written verdict (Strong / Moderate / Marginal)
• Cumulative tier access — Platinum includes Gold, Diamond includes Gold and Platinum

Our signals are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

3. Membership and Access

Subscription access is managed through Whop and grants entry to your tier's Telegram channel(s). Membership details:

• Access is granted upon successful payment via Whop
• Membership is non-transferable and for individual use only
• Sharing your channel access with others is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms
• Membership duration and billing are managed entirely through Whop

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

• Promotional pricing may be offered at our discretion
• We do not see or store your full card details — this is handled entirely by Whop

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through QuantSignals100, including signals and any accompanying commentary, is protected by intellectual property rights:
