QuantSignals100 ("QS100", "we", "us") collects information to provide and improve our trading signals service. We collect:

• Telegram username (to grant and manage access to your tier's signal channel)
• Subscription and billing information (processed entirely by our payment partner, Whop — see Section 3)
• Usage data (how you interact with our website)

We do not collect your email address directly — any email tied to your subscription is collected and held by Whop as part of checkout, not by us. We do not collect sensitive financial data or trading account credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Grant and manage access to your tier's Telegram signal channel
• Verify active subscription status
• Send important service updates via Telegram
• Improve our signals and website
• Respond to support inquiries
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized channel access

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We only share information in limited circumstances:

• Whop, our payment and subscription processor, to handle checkout, billing, and subscription management (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and crypto)
• Telegram, to deliver signals and manage channel access
• Legal authorities, if required by law
• Service providers who assist our operations

All third parties are bound by their own confidentiality and data protection obligations.

4. Data Security

We rely on industry-standard security practices:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission on our website
• Payment and billing data processed and secured entirely by Whop — we never see or store full card details
• Limited access to subscriber data, restricted to what's needed to manage channel access

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website currently does not run first-party analytics or advertising cookies. The live price ticker on our site is provided by TradingView, an embedded third-party widget that may set its own cookies under their privacy policy. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future, this section will be updated first.

• Access the data we hold about you (your Telegram username and channel access status)
• Request correction of inaccurate data

We retain your Telegram username and channel access records for as long as:

• Your subscription remains active
• Needed to manage channel access
• Required for legitimate business or legal purposes

Once your subscription ends and you're removed from the channel, we do not retain a reason to keep your data further.

Our service may link to third-party websites, including our broker mentions (e.g. OANDA, IG, Pepperstone, IC Markets, XM) and our payment processor, Whop:

• We are not responsible for their privacy practices
• We encourage you to review their privacy policies before using them
• Clicking external links is at your own discretion

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18:

• We do not knowingly collect data from minors
• Trading involves financial risk unsuitable for minors
