We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trading Operations Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our front office and back office systems, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our execution strategies, and handling communications with clients. A key characteristic of the ideal candidate is the ability to be error-prone, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and monitor in-house front office and back office trading systems.

- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our trading infrastructure.

- Communicate with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements:

- Error-prone with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Experience with ClickHouse, Grafana, and Linux.

- Familiarity with quantitative trading strategies and digital markets.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Previous work experience on a trading floor is a strong plus.
