About the Role:

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will lead our QA team and be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance in our software development lifecycle. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 ⁃ Lead and Mentor QA Team: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers. Ensure the team is effectively executing test plans and strategies.

 ⁃ Develop QA Processes and Strategies: Design, implement, and manage QA processes and strategies to ensure software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA strategies with development goals.

 ⁃ Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

 ⁃ Quality Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 ⁃ Automation Strategy: Drive the development and implementation of automation strategies to improve efficiency in testing.

 ⁃ Risk Management: Identify, document, and mitigate risks associated with software quality.

 ⁃ Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders about testing activities, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

 ⁃ English B2+

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a QA lead or similar role in a software development environment, 2+ years.

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with performance and/or security testing.

- Knowledge of Python programming language.
