- Scan history (optional, if enabled in the App): If the App offers a local history, it is saved only on your device and under your control. You can delete entries at any time.
C. Purchase & payments (processed by Apple)
- Subscriptions & receipts: Purchases, payment processing, and receipt generation/validation are provided by Apple. We may access non-sensitive purchase status information (e.g., active subscription, expiration date) via StoreKit to enable premium features. We do not receive your full payment details.
D. Diagnostics (limited)
- Crash and performance data: We may receive anonymized or aggregated diagnostics made available by Apple if you opt in to share with app developers in your iOS settings. This data helps us fix crashes and improve performance. We do not use it to identify you.
No precise location, no contacts, no advertising IDs: The App does not request or collect your precise location, your contacts, or advertising identifiers.
4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
We process personal data, where applicable, on these bases:
- Performance of a contract: To provide the App, detect/restore purchases, and deliver subscribed features.
- Legitimate interests: To maintain and improve security, performance, and reliability (e.g., crash analysis).

- Support communications: Retained as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for legitimate business/legal purposes.
- On-device data (scan history, images): Stored only on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Purchase status: Retained for as long as needed to administer your subscription and comply with legal obligations.
8) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Because no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Permissions
- Camera: Required to scan in real time.
- Photos: Optional, for scanning from images.
- Change or revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
Privacy rights

- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
