About company:

AgriTask develops www.agritask.com cloud software for agriculture and works with large farms, cooperatives from hundreds of farmers, and agro-industrial companies in several countries, actively expanding its client base.

Full-time work, remote, designed for long-term cooperation. We are looking for experienced testers, as well as beginner testers with good basic training, who want to gain experience in an international team (Bulgaria, Israel, Russia, etc.) on projects for large clients in different countries (South America, Africa, Asia).

About the team:

Team communication is predominantly in English. Payment is monthly, by direct bank transfer to the account (invoice is required once a month). The level of payment is negotiable - depending on the qualifications of the candidate (from $ 600 per month and above).

The following are requirements for candidates and additional information:

AgriTask is developing integrative precision agronomy and business intelligence SaaS platform, which serves farmers and agriculture corporations around the world. The system integrates the wisdom of world's growers with modern ag-technologies like aerial images, sensors, machine data, weather forecasts, agronomic models, and data on planned field activities, for improving agronomic and agro-economic decisions.

The job suits a highly motivated person (middle or senior) is interested in developing a stable QA career in an expanding international company. Work time is flexible, with a regular online presence for conference calls and online meetings (usually scheduled between 10:00 and 18:00 Israeli/Bulgarian time).

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and to effectively communicate with team members abroad
• Good English – written and conversational
• Hands-on experience with cross-browser testing, operating systems, and devices
• Understanding of the key components of good test cases and defect reports.
• Ability to analyze test results and report defects
• Ability to do exploratory testing
• Experience with spreadsheets like MS Excel
• 3+ years of experience in manual testing

A plus:

• Experience working with a bug tracking system (Redmine, Jira, Youtrack)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/HTTP
• Experience with GIS or maps
• Basic skills with SQL
• Basic skills with Linux console
• Experience in usability testing

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, maintaining and executing test cases
• Identifying and reporting defects found during test
• Verifying reported defects and corresponding fixes
