What You’ll Bring to the Team
Lindens celebrate all the dimensions of diversity, including diversity of experience. We recognize that candidates applying for this role will be most successful if they bring the following with them:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of software testing experience in a fast paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Prior experience testing complex software and developing test plans and cases for technical feature sets
- Solid understanding of test methodologies, including functional, qualitative and performance against consistently iterative development
- Experience working with Windows, Mac, Linux and/or mobile platforms
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to confidently collaborate with senior dev engineers on technical topics and features
- Proactive, driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Aptitude to learn quickly effectively and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to remain focused in a team-oriented environment, while juggling multiple assignments at the same time
