Job Description

Chartrics Software Solutions is looking for a smart, proactive, organized, disciplined and result-oriented person with analytical mindset and can do attitude to join our team as a QA Specialist. The candidate will work closely with our software development team and business analysts to test our software solutions.

Job responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Test Plans and Scenarios
• Test software solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility
• Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases
• Identify, analyze, and document problems, report test results
• Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
• Collaborate with the Agile/ Scrum teams
• Set up, manage, maintain and continuously improve the QA processes

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases
• Knowledge of C# Programming Language, Selenium and SQL is plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Self-starter, goal-getter (finisher), detail-oriented (perfectionist)
• Eager to continuously improve by learning, applying, and growing
• Proven strong discipline and organizational skills
• Proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Fluency in English, verbal and written communication skills (knowledge of German or French is plus)
