QA Manual Tester
We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs with in depth documentation.
In this role, you should have a detail-oriented approach and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn the ins and outs of a new system. If you are also experienced in Android device testing and are committed to quality, we’d like to meet with you!
Responsibilities
* Review and analyze system specifications
* Help detect errors in critical features of the product
* Collaborate with a team of QA Engineers (manual and automation) to develop effective strategies and test plans
* Execute test cases (regression, UAT, etc.) and report results
* Create logs to document testing phases and defects
* Report bugs and errors to development teams
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements And Skills
* Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
* Experience testing mobile applications in Android devices
* Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
* Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
* Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Testmo)
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
* Strong organizational skills
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented tester who works hard and is willing to learn a system. This person should have experience with manual testing on mobile, specifically Android operating systems.
