Position: QA Automation engineer

📍We are looking for a QA Automation for one of the AdTech Holding projects for our Advertisement Department!

 

Responsibilities:

1. Building and maintanance of QA process in team: selection of layers of testing,

implementation of QA process in development process

2. Creation of tests and integration of autotests in team

3. Analyzing and optimizing testing processes

4. Reviewing and improving documentation and standards

5. Mentoring junior and middle QA engineers.

Plus: leading of QA engineers in team if exist

 

Hard skills:

1. Strong knowledge and experience in java automation frameworks - 4+ years:

  - web - selenium/selenide

  - base - junit(preferable)/testng

  - api - retrofit/rest assured or related

  - db - jdbc, hibernate

2. Good experience with sql/nosql databases: mysql/postgres

3. Good experience with docker/docker-compose/unix 

4. Good experience with CI/CD process and tools (Teamcity/Jenkins)

5. Strong knowledge of QA methodology

6. Ability to independently perform tasks of senior and complex complexity


Soft skills:

Problem-solving, willingness to self-development, leadership, project management, communication skills, mentoring abilities, strategic thinking, experience of work with team management methodologies (scrum, kanban).
