QA Automation Engineer

General Information:
Payrow Payment Systems is part of the international Skytech Solutions Group with a portfolio of its own innovative products in the development of Highload systems and product geography: Europe, England, USA, China, Korea.
The team you'll be joining: 30 engineers, spanning across Russia and Europe. We're organised into product teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, operations and finance, each dedicated to achieving the same goals in a specific domain.
Join us in building the global payment platform for SMEs. Our mission is to automate business processes to free up the time and money for important and strategic decisions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities includes:
• Design test cases, write checklists and occasionally perform regression.
• Interpret, analyze, and report test results in every phase of the development process.
• Automate existing and newly created test cases.
• Prepare automated regression tests based on manual test scripts.
• Execute tests, analyze results and report status to the team.
• Maintain effective daily communication with team members via stand-up meetings, documentation and status reports.
• Test failure root cause analysis.
• Test environment support.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional work experience in a Software Automated QA Engineer role.
• Experience in creating test and test automation strategy for projects and organizations.
• Working experience with Git, Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with JMeter, Teamcity, Gatling, The Grinder.
• Good knowledge of Python/Golang.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes.
