Job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing when necessary, particularly for exploratory, UI, and complex test scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define and refine testing strategies throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless test integration.
- Set up and manage test environments for automation, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Improve and optimize test coverage for front-end and back-end functionalities, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Investigate, reproduce, and document software defects, working closely with the engineering team for timely resolutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in test automation, CI/CD practices, and emerging QA tools.
Required qualifications

- Dedicated to continuous learning and growth, exhibiting a product mindset.
- Demonstrated high impact in former QA automation roles.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software automation testing
- Strong technical communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and manual testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python) and experience with at least one modern test automation framework (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
- Familiarity with MongoDB and database testing principles.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Experience with mobile test automation is a plus.
- Experience working with AI-powered testing tools is a plus.
