looks for IT professionals on behalf of RingCentral to join its team in Sofia.

RingCentral Bulgaria is a new European branch of an American company RingCentral. JettyCloud is a software R&D center that works for RingCentral. Due to our long-term partnership we help the company to find talented engineers who will work on #1 cloud communications solution.

Our team is involved in the development of video conference system recordings service. Service is responsible for recording conference as media file. 

We utilize the most modern technologies, microservice architecture, and deploy services on Kubernetes on AWS. We are looking for an experienced Automation QA engineer who will join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, develop testing strategy and design test cases; 
• Document defects, look for ways to reproduce and verify modifications; 
• Support the created product throughout the entire release cycle; 
• Deploy, update and maintain test environments; 
• Collaborate in an Agile team, contribute to improvement of development and testing processes;
• Write automated tests for the recording service: API testing and external integration to audio/video quality testing; 
• Participate in the development and support of the test framework; 
• Create and run automated tests, analyze the results of the run on different environments, engage in CI development. 

Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in testing;
• Understanding the quality assurance process, awareness of testing processes and methodologies; 
• Functional and non-functional requirements competence; 
• Basic knowledge of TCP, UDP and HTTP; 
• Experience in Linux; 
• Experience in automating test scenarios on any programming language from 1 year;
• English language level Pre-Intermediate and above. 

Good to have:

• Experience in VoIP (SIP, SDP);
• Knowledge and experience of Kubernetes management;
• Experience in network traffic analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump);
• Experience in testing multimedia systems;
• Experience in automating testing on Java.
