Солдаты национальной армии, вернувшиеся из украинского плена в результате обмена, рассказали о многочисленных фактах пыток. Об этом во вторник, 5 июля, сообщили в пресс-службе Следственного комитета.
— Сотрудники Следственного комитета Российской Федерации в ходе проводимых проверок дадут правовую оценку каждому случаю. По результатам будет решен вопрос о возбуждении уголовного дела, — говорится в сообщении.
Один из солдат, попавших в плен, рассказал о пытках со стороны ВСУ. Так, украинские военнослужащие завязали ему глаза и связали руки. Его доставили в город Харьков, где били палками и дубинками по телу, лицо не трогали, чтобы не было синяков. Другому военнослужащему, попавшему в плен с двумя ранениями, украинские врачи ампутировали ногу, сообщает сайт СК.
Во вторник, 28 июня, Следственный комитет предъявил обвинение солдату украинской армии старшему сержанту Антону Череднику в убийстве мирного жителя в поселке Мирном города Мариуполя за неправильное произношение фразы на украинском языке. По данным СК, 27 марта примерно в 18:30 во время патрулирования в Мирном Чередник остановил двух мужчин и приказал им лечь на землю. Уточняется, что второму человеку удалось выжить.
