Python Engineer
PythonA medical industry company is looking for a Python engineer. Technical stack:
1. Cloud-Native Development (Google Cloud Platform);
2. Python, FastAPI, Pandas, Pytest, Google Cloud Functions/Run;
3. SQL, Google Cloud Spanner, Google Cloud BigQuery;
4. Google Kubernetes Engine, Docker;
5. Google Compute Engine, DataFlow, Apache Beam;
6. Google Pub/Sub;
7. Git, GitHub;
8. Shell, Terraform, Circle CI.
Responsibilities:
● Web Development with Python, FastAPI, and GKE;
● Software Development with Python, GKE, and Pub/Sub;
● Data Engineering with Python, GKE, Pub/Sub, DataFlow, Spanner, and BigQuery;
● Testing with Pytest;
● DevOps with Terraform, Circle CI and GitHub.
Requirements:
Middle-Senior level candidate should be proficient in at least one of dev methodologies:
1. Software Engineering: Python (intermediate), SQL (pre-intermediate), Shell, OOP, Algorithms and Data Structures, Web Development, etc.
2. Data Engineering: Python (pre-intermediate), SQL (intermediate), ELT/ETL, Query Optimization, Data Architecture, Data Analysis, etc.
3. Service Reliability Engineering: Python (pre-intermediate), SQL (pre-intermediate), Shell, DevOps, CI/CD, Ansible/Terraform, etc.
Python and SQL are required.
Any stack- and tasks-related experience would be an advantage, but a strong foundation is more important. The foundation must be in: Python and/or SQL and Algorithms and/or Data Engineering.
