The project:
We are looking for a specialist for the new technical team who will influence the choice of approaches from the technical and process perspective. The client is a global music and entertainment industry conglomerate headquartered in the US with offices in over 40 countries. Projects and applications will be built around the concept of a unified data storage system. This will help develop products that best fit business goals.
NOTE:
We hire people not for a project but for a team. Projects change, but the DataArt with its infrastructure, support, and tools of professional development stays.
Must have - Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with Python
- Experience and desire to lead development in medium to large distributed teams
- Knowledge of Django and Flask
- Experience in creating client-server applications and RESTful services
- Good spoken English.
Would be a plus:
- Solid knowledge of MySQL and DynamoDB
- Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems: Git; Mercurial
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
