Знакомые американцы из PulsePoint ищут удаленного Python разработчика в Data команду.

 - 6-7k USD/месяц на ИП (фикс, не привязан к часам).

 - Работа с 16 до 01 по Мск.

 - Нужен разговорный Англ.

 - Стек на ближайшее время: Python 2.x, Python 3.x, Jetstream, собственные фреймворки. В дальнейшем вероятна работа с Alluxio, Presto, Hadoop, плюсом будут другие языки (Java/Scala/Go).

Описание задач:

The primary item we're working on is a pair of tools. Aggr is our legacy project, and we're working to deprecate it. It's in Python 2, and is the framework for data jobs being managed in our environment. It covers running jobs on our infrastructure, as well as sending and retrieving data in exchange with the outside world. Jetstream is the Python 3 framework for doing the same. Once we've gotten over the hurdles for it to be our default, future work is going to be mixed data work. Some of it will be figuring out how to use the data we have to generate new data sets (for internal or external use), and other chunks of it will be how to make our tools better in a variety of ways (simplified, capable of handling more cases, etc). Over time, he's also going to be expected to learn other languages as needed to participate in working with the tools we bring in from outside (possible candidate languages and tools: Alluxio, Presto, Hadoop, Java, Scala, Go).
