One Planet Ops Inc., the leading online marketplace for locally-targeted advertising, is looking for a diligent, hard-working, self-starting Back-end Developerwith a desire to help create world-class consumer and B2B web applications. This person will work closely with Product Management and Marketing in a fast-paced, business-driven Agile environment at our brand new office in Toronto. We are growing fast! ✅ Required skills

• 2+ years of solid Python experience
• Solid knowledge with either Django or Flask
• Knowledge of and experience with ORM concept
• Solid knowledge of the principles of the class-based object-oriented programming
• Knowledge of the concurrent programming, features of the concurrent programming with Python
• Knowledge and experience in web technology (HTTP protocol, client/server model)
• Experience in developing and using REST APIs
• Experience in SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL for example)
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

👍 As a plus

• Competence with Linux, DevOps, Nginx
• Competence with pyTest
