This policy explains how the mobile application “Puzzle My Heart” (the “Game”) handles user data. It applies to the version of the Game distributed through Google Play for Android devices, from version 1.9.

1. The short version

The publisher of the Game runs no servers, has no user accounts and does not collect your personal data. Your game progress stays on your phone — and, if you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, a copy of it is kept in your Google account (section 2). The Game also works offline; when your phone is connected to the internet, it shows ads from Google AdMob: a full-screen ad after a date and — only if you choose to watch it — a rewarded ad that skips the wait for a date. Google may process some data for these ads, as described in section 2. You can also make a one-time purchase in Google Play to remove the ads — the payment is handled by Google only (section 2). From version 1.10 the Game also uses Google Analytics for Firebase: Google collects statistics on how the Game is used, and the publisher only sees aggregate reports, which it uses to measure how well the Game’s ads work (section 2). The only sign-in — to Google Play Games — is optional.

2. What data is processed

The publisher collects no data that identifies you. In particular, we do not receive:

  • your name, e-mail address, phone number or any contact details,
  • your IP address, advertising ID or any other device identifiers,
  • your precise location,
  • contacts, photos, files or the contents of device storage,
  • information about other installed applications,
  • the content of your conversations and choices in the Game.

The publisher only sees the aggregate Google Analytics statistics described below.

Ads (Google AdMob). To show ads and measure how they perform, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the Game may collect and process:

  • device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and the app set ID,
  • your IP address, which can be used to estimate your approximate location,
  • information about your device and the app, your interactions with ads, and diagnostic data.

This data goes to Google and — depending on your choices — to Google’s advertising partners. It is not sent to the publisher of the Game. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent with Google’s consent form on first launch, before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the Game: Settings → Ad privacy. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads or Google → Ads, depending on your phone). Ads in the Game are limited to content suitable for teens and adults — no ads meant for adults only.

How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Game statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase). From version 1.10 the Game includes the Google Analytics for Firebase SDK. It automatically collects:

  • the app instance ID (a random ID assigned on installation) and the Android advertising ID,
  • approximate location (country, region) derived from your IP address,
  • information about your device and operating system, the first launch, sessions and time spent in the Game,
  • purchases made in Google Play (product and price).

In addition, the Game sends a few events of its own: matching with a character, solving a puzzle for the first time and finishing a date — with the character’s ID and the date number, without the content of conversations or the answers you chose. The publisher uses this data for aggregate statistics about the Game and to measure how well the Game’s ads perform in Google Ads (e.g. how many people who installed the Game from an ad reached their first date), which helps Google show the Game’s ads to people who may enjoy it. In Google Analytics the publisher only sees aggregate and pseudonymous reports, without your advertising ID, name or e-mail address. Google keeps detailed event data for 2 months and pseudonymous user-level data for 14 months after the last activity; after that only aggregate reports remain. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, what is collected depends on your answer in Google’s consent form: without consent, Google Analytics does not store identifiers on your device and does not use the data for advertising purposes. You can change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy.

How Google uses data from Google Analytics: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Ad-free purchase (Google Play Billing). From version 1.9.7, the Game (Settings → Dates without ads) offers one-time purchases: a version without the full-screen ads after dates, or a Premium version with no ads at all (the Game then does not load Google AdMob ads or show the consent form at all). The purchase and payment are handled entirely by Google Play on your Google account, under Google Play’s terms and the Google Privacy Policy. The publisher does not receive your payment details, name or e-mail address. The Game only asks Google Play on your phone whether the purchase was made, so that it can restore the purchased version after a reinstall or on a new phone. In the Google Play Console the publisher only sees the sales information Google provides to every publisher (e.g. order number, country, amount).

Google Play Games sign-in and cloud save (Google Play Games Services). From version 1.9.20 the Game can use Google Play Games sign-in, which is optional: if you have a Play Games profile, Google signs you in automatically at launch; if not, you can sign in from the Game’s Settings. Without signing in, the Game works exactly the same. Once you are signed in:

  • Google gives the Game your Play Games player ID and gamer name; the Game uses them only to check that you are signed in and does not store them or send them to the publisher,
  • a copy of your progress (the same items as in section 3: puzzles, affection, conversations, pictures, tutorials, plus your gender and the “Show me” filter) is saved in Google’s Saved Games service, in a hidden app folder in your Google Drive — so your progress comes back after a reinstall or on a new phone signed in to the same account,
  • the publisher has no access to that copy; Google stores and protects it under the Google Privacy Policy, and in the Google Play Console the publisher only sees aggregate Play Games statistics (e.g. the number of players),
  • from version 1.9.21 the Game also unlocks Play Games achievements (e.g. “First Date”) when you earn them; Google stores them on your Play Games profile and shows them there according to your profile’s visibility settings. You can open the list in the Game: Settings → Achievements.

You can delete the cloud copy in the Google Play Games app (Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, or by deleting this game’s data) or in Google Drive (Settings → Manage apps → Puzzle My Heart → Delete hidden app data). “Reset progress” in a Game signed in to Play Games also resets the progress in the cloud.

3. Data stored locally on your device

The Game stores gameplay progress only. It is written to local storage (the localStorage mechanism of the system Android System WebView component), inside the private application directory that other apps cannot access.

What is stored:

  • puzzle progress (which boards are finished, number of moves, time),
  • affection points earned with individual characters, the course of conversations and the scenes already viewed,
  • unlocked gallery pictures,
  • the times your next dates were arranged (for the countdown to a date) and whether the wait was skipped with an ad,
  • settings: sound effects, music, character voices, vibration, language, your gender and the “Show me” filter,
  • which ad-free version was purchased (so that it also works offline).

This data:

  • is not sent to the publisher — the Game connects to no publisher server; the only copy outside your device is the optional Google Play Games save (section 2),
  • is unknown to us — the publisher has no access to it and receives no copy,
  • contains no personal data — only numbers and progress markers,
  • disappears with the app — uninstalling the Game removes it from the device (the Google Play Games copy stays in your Google account until you delete it).
Note: if automatic app backup (Google account backup) is enabled in your Android settings, the operating system may include application data in that backup. This is an Android and Google mechanism, not a feature of the Game; such backups are governed by Google’s privacy policy. App backup can be turned off in the system settings.

4. Permissions

  • Vibration (android.permission.VIBRATE) — a short haptic tap on a move in the puzzle and when you pick a dialogue option. It can be switched off in the Game: Settings → Vibration.
  • Internet and network state (android.permission.INTERNET, android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) — only to load ads and the consent form, to send Google Analytics for Firebase statistics and — once you sign in to Google Play Games — to save your progress in the cloud. All of the Game’s content (pictures, sounds, texts) is stored inside the app package; without internet the Game works normally, just without ads.
  • Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID and the Android ACCESS_ADSERVICES_* permissions) — used by Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase as described in section 2.
  • Google Play billing (com.android.vending.BILLING) — only to buy the ad-free version and to check whether it was bought (section 2).
  • Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS, plus RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED and WAKE_LOCK) — from version 1.9.25 the Game may show a notification when a date is ready, and one reminder after 2 days without playing. The notifications are scheduled by the phone itself: the Game sends no data for them and uses no push server. On Android 13 and later the Game asks for permission once; notifications can be turned off at any time in the phone settings (Apps → Puzzle My Heart → Notifications). The boot permission only lets a scheduled notification survive a phone restart.

The Game does not request access to: location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage and files, or calendar.

5. Third parties

Only Google services run in the Game: Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) together with Google’s consent form (User Messaging Platform), and Google Play Billing (the ad-free purchase), from version 1.9.20 also Google Play Games Services (optional sign-in and saved games), and from version 1.10 Google Analytics for Firebase (Game statistics, section 2). Data processed by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The Game has no:

  • analytics tools other than Google Analytics for Firebase,
  • crash reporting tools (e.g. Crashlytics),
  • social network logins (the only sign-in is the optional Google Play Games),
  • subscriptions or any payments other than the one-time ad-free purchases in Google Play.

The Game is built on Capacitor and uses its official plugins for vibration and the system Back button. Those plugins only affect how the interface behaves on the device — they collect no data and open no network connections.

The publisher does not sell or rent user data. The Game’s Google Analytics is linked only to the publisher’s own Google Ads account, to measure how the Game’s ads perform.

6. Children

The Game is intended for adults only (18+). It contains a romantic storyline (conversations, flirting, affection between characters) and character artwork in revealing outfits, including swimwear — with no nudity and no sexually explicit content. It is not directed to children or teenagers.

The Game does not take part in the Designed for Families programme on Google Play. The publisher does not knowingly collect data from children. All characters in the Game are fictional adults.

7. Your rights and how to delete your data

The publisher neither collects nor stores data that identifies you and keeps no user records. Google Analytics statistics are pseudonymous — the publisher cannot tell which of them relate to you.

Data processed for ads and statistics is controlled by Google. You can:

  1. change or withdraw your consent to personalised ads and statistics: in the Game, Settings → Ad privacy (in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland),
  2. reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (clearing the Game’s data also gives it a new app instance ID),
  3. exercise your rights under the GDPR towards Google, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You have full control over the data stored locally. You can remove it in three ways:

  1. In the Game: Settings → Reset progress — erases the whole save immediately and irreversibly (hearts, pictures, puzzle results).
  2. In Android: Settings → Apps → Puzzle My Heart → Storage → Clear data.
  3. Uninstall the Game — removes the app together with the entire save.

If you sign in to Google Play Games, you can delete the cloud copy of your progress as described in section 2 (and “Reset progress” in a signed-in Game erases it together with the save on your phone). Deleted progress cannot be restored — the publisher holds no copy of it.

8. Security

Your game progress is not sent to the publisher. The Google Play Games copy (only if you sign in) is transferred by Google over an encrypted connection and kept in your account. The save lives in the private application directory, protected by Android’s own mechanisms. Connections made by Google’s SDKs (ads, Google Analytics for Firebase) are encrypted. Physical access to an unlocked device naturally grants access to the Game as well — securing the phone itself is up to its owner.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, for example when the Game gains new features. The current version is always published at the address listed on Google Play, and the effective date at the top of this document indicates the latest change. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the release notes on Google Play. Continued use of the Game after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

Polityka prywatności — Puzzle My Heart

Data wejścia w życie: 19 października 2026 r.
Wydawca aplikacji: Pixel Pineapple

  • imienia, nazwiska, adresu e-mail, numeru telefonu ani żadnych danych kontaktowych,
  • adresu IP, identyfikatora reklamowego ani innych identyfikatorów urządzenia,
  • dokładnej lokalizacji,
  • listy kontaktów, zdjęć, plików ani zawartości pamięci urządzenia,
  • informacji o innych zainstalowanych aplikacjach,
  • treści Twoich rozmów i wyborów w Grze.

Wydawca widzi jedynie zbiorcze statystyki Google Analytics opisane niżej.

Reklamy (Google AdMob).

  • identyfikatory urządzenia, np. identyfikator reklamowy Androida i identyfikator zestawu aplikacji,
  • adres IP, na podstawie którego można ustalić przybliżoną lokalizację,
  • informacje o urządzeniu i aplikacji, Twoje interakcje z reklamami oraz dane diagnostyczne.

Te dane trafiają do Google i — zależnie od Twoich wyborów — do partnerów reklamowych Google. Nie są przesyłane do wydawcy Gry. W Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym, Wielkiej Brytanii i Szwajcarii Gra przy pierwszym uruchomieniu pyta o zgodę formularzem Google, zanim pokaże spersonalizowane reklamy.

Statystyki Gry (Google Analytics for Firebase). Od wersji 1.10 w Grze działa pakiet Google Analytics for Firebase. Automatycznie zbiera on:

  • informacje o urządzeniu i systemie, pierwsze uruchomienie, sesje i czas spędzony w Grze,
  • zakupy w Google Play (produkt i cena).

Do tego Gra wysyła kilka własnych zdarzeń: dopasowanie z postacią, pierwsze ułożenie układanki i ukończenie randki — z identyfikatorem postaci i numerem randki, bez treści rozmów i wybranych odpowiedzi.

Zakup wersji bez reklam (Google Play Billing).

Logowanie do Gier Google Play i zapis postępu w chmurze (Usługi gier Google Play).

Kopię w chmurze usuniesz w aplikacji Gry Google Play (Ustawienia → Usuń konto i dane Gier Play albo usunięcie danych tej gry) lub na Dysku Google (Ustawienia → Zarządzaj aplikacjami → Puzzle My Heart → Usuń ukryte dane aplikacji). „Skasuj postęp” w Grze zalogowanej do Gier Play kasuje postęp także w chmurze.

3. Dane przechowywane lokalnie na urządzeniu

Gra zapisuje wyłącznie postęp rozgrywki. Zapis trafia do pamięci lokalnej (mechanizm localStorage systemowego komponentu Android System WebView), w prywatnym katalogu aplikacji, do którego inne aplikacje nie mają dostępu.

  • punkty sympatii zebrane u poszczególnych postaci, przebieg rozmów i obejrzane scenki,
  • odblokowane zdjęcia w galerii,
  • godziny umówienia kolejnych randek (do odliczania czasu do randki) i informacja, czy czekanie zostało skrócone reklamą,
  • ustawienia: dźwięki, muzyka, głosy postaci, wibracje, język, płeć gracza i filtr „Pokaż mi”,

4. Uprawnienia aplikacji

Na Androidzie 13 i nowszym Gra raz pyta o zgodę; powiadomienia można w każdej chwili wyłączyć w ustawieniach telefonu (Aplikacje → Puzzle My Heart → Powiadomienia). Uprawnienie do startu systemu służy tylko temu, żeby zaplanowane powiadomienie przetrwało ponowne uruchomienie telefonu.

Gra nie prosi o dostęp do: lokalizacji, kontaktów, aparatu, mikrofonu, pamięci i plików ani kalendarza.

5. Podmioty trzecie

W Grze działają tylko usługi Google: Google AdMob (pakiet Google Mobile Ads) razem z formularzem zgody Google (User Messaging Platform) oraz Google Play Billing (zakup wersji bez reklam), od wersji 1.9.20 także Usługi gier Google Play (dobrowolne logowanie i zapisane gry), a od wersji 1.10 Google Analytics for Firebase (statystyki Gry, punkt 2). Dane przetwarzane przez Google podlegają Polityce prywatności Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy

W Grze nie ma:

  • innych narzędzi analitycznych niż Google Analytics for Firebase,
  • narzędzi zbierających raporty awarii (np. Crashlytics),
  • logowania przez konta społecznościowe (jedyne logowanie to dobrowolne Gry Google Play),
  • subskrypcji ani innych płatności poza jednorazowymi zakupami wersji bez reklam w Google Play.

6. Dzieci

Gra nie uczestniczy w programie „Rodziny” (Designed for Families) w Google Play. Wydawca świadomie nie zbiera danych dzieci. Wszystkie postacie w Grze są fikcyjne i pełnoletnie.

  2. zresetować albo usunąć identyfikator reklamowy w ustawieniach Androida (a wyczyszczenie danych Gry nadaje też nowy identyfikator instancji aplikacji),
  3. skorzystać z praw wynikających z RODO wobec Google, zgodnie z Polityką prywatności Google.

Nad danymi zapisanymi lokalnie masz pełną kontrolę. Możesz je usunąć na trzy sposoby:

  1. W Grze: Ustawienia → Skasuj postęp — kasuje cały zapis natychmiast i nieodwracalnie (serca, zdjęcia, wyniki układanek).
  2. W systemie Android: Ustawienia → Aplikacje → Puzzle My Heart → Pamięć → Wyczyść dane.
