The Pestana Miami team was fantastic and very helpful. Hotel is great -- just a block off Collins, so away from the crowds and party goers, but close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Definitely a good option in Miami Beach.

The service is great, everyone is very kind and location is superb! We have stayed for one night but we didn't get any cab as the hotel is perfectly located to bars and restaurants. Good choice for Miami Beach!

Stayed at the Pestana as part of our Southern states anniversary trip. Having been to Nashville,Memphis and New Orleans on route to Miami before a weeks cruise.Naturally cruise cancelled. . However the staff and management once they knew our situation could not have been better On the day of our 50th they provided wine and a bbq for us free of charge. Thank you all for kindness and excellent service and once this crisis is over we may return to really appreciate Miami and the Pestana John and Vera Nelson Gt Yarmouth England

My husband and I stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise holiday. Check in was easy and we were asked if we had any preference for our room in terms of which floor it was on. We were allocated a room in block 3 on level 3. My only criticism is that there is no lift in this block but we did get assistance with our luggage. there is a lift in the main block. Once in the room we were pleasantly surprised at how brightly decorated and modern the interior was... it really had a wow factor. The view wasn’t great, we looked straight at the building next door, but hey, it didn’t matter as there were lots of nice places to go sit around the hotel if you wanted a better view. It’s in a quiet street (not much traffic) and was nice to sit out front of the Hotel. Everything you need is in the room, TV, fridge, hair dryer, safe etc There is a lovely pool in the middle of all the blocks. I wish we had been staying longer to get the opportunity to use it. We booked the breakfast at the hotel. If was buffet style and really good quality and value. The bar prices for a beer are really reasonable. The hotel is in the art deco area in South Beach and is conveniently located for easy walking distance to Collins Ave, Ocean Drive and Lincoln Avenue Mall. We loved this little hotel and really hope to get back some time.…
