The App is provided by TeaCapps GmbH ("TeaCapps") to its users ("User"). By using the App, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Basic Terms
Free Access and Premium Features
The App is available for free, though some features may require a subscription or purchase. Full access to the App may also depend on having an internet connection.
**App Store Distribution**
The App can be downloaded from platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Users engage with these platforms separately from TeaCapps and must adhere to their respective terms and conditions.
**Access to Device Data**
Certain features of the App may need access to specific data on the User’s device, including contacts, photos, or location. The App can access this information only with the User’s explicit consent. For example, it may need permission to scan barcodes or use contact information for pulse readings. Users can grant or deny these permissions based on their device's operating system.
Intermediary Role
The App allows Users to scan and search for products on third-party websites ("Websites"). In this role, the App serves solely as an intermediary, with no involvement in transactions between the User (buyer) and the Website (seller). Users understand that any agreements or purchases made through the Website are governed by that Website's terms and privacy policies.
Availability and Reliability
While TeaCapps aims to keep the App available and reliable, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Users are encouraged to regularly back up their device data, including any information stored in the App.
Modifications and Termination
Access to the App is not guaranteed. TeaCapps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or limit access to the App at any time without prior notice, including changes to premium features.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeaCapps is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or connection with, the App.
Indemnity
If the User violates these terms or infringes on third-party rights, they agree to indemnify TeaCapps against any related claims, ensuring that TeaCapps is not held liable for any damages.

TeaCapps reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through appropriate means. Continued use of the App after receiving notice of changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination of Use
Users may stop using the App at any time. Continued use of the App after updates to these terms indicates the User's agreement to the modified terms.
