Atlas Studio# Pulse — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
Pulse ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by Atlas Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse collects,
uses, and protects your information when you use the app.
## 1. Data we collect
**Health & Fitness data (read-only, via Apple HealthKit)**
With your explicit permission, Pulse reads data from Apple HealthKit such as heart rate, sleep analysis, steps,
active energy, and respiratory rate. This data is used exclusively on-device to compute your daily score and
personalized insights. **It never leaves your iPhone.**
**Usage data**
Pulse stores your preferences, score history, and journal entries locally on your device using Apple's secure
storage frameworks.
**Advertising identifier (with your consent)**
If you allow tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, Google AdMob may collect your IDFA to serve
personalized ads. You can refuse tracking at any time — Pulse will still work fully.
## 2. Data we do NOT collect
- We do not have any servers that store your personal data.
- We do not sell, share, or transmit your health data to any third party.
- Our AI coach (Pulse Coach) runs 100% on-device using Apple Foundation Models. Your conversations never leave your
iPhone.
## 3. Third-party services
- **Apple HealthKit** — governed by Apple's privacy policies.
- **Google AdMob** — for in-app advertising. See: https://policies.google.com/privacy
## 4. Your rights
You can at any time:
- Revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health → Pulse
- Disable tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking
- Delete the app, which removes all locally-stored data
## 5. Children
Pulse is not intended for children under 13.
## 6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
