Public Speaking and Debate Coach (Remote)

Through one-on-one virtual coaching, we help students ages 5 to 17 develop public speaking, critical thinking, debate, storytelling, and communication skills they'll use for the rest of their lives.
We're looking for exceptional Communication Coaches to join our growing team.
If you love working with kids, miss the excitement of debate, Model UN, speech, theatre, or coaching, and want meaningful work you can do from anywhere, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
* Coach students ages 5 to 17 in live one-on-one online sessions.
* Build genuine long-term relationships with students and families.
* Help students become more confident, articulate, and thoughtful communicators.
* Deliver engaging lessons using TalkMaze's structured curriculum.
* Personalize each lesson to each student's personality, goals, and pace.
* Provide encouraging, actionable feedback after every session.
* Celebrate milestones and help students stay motivated throughout their journey.
We're looking for someone who
* Loves helping young people grow.
* Is warm, encouraging, and naturally engaging.
* Is an outstanding communicator.
* Can build rapport quickly with children and teenagers.
* Is reliable, organized, and professional.
* Enjoys learning and improving their coaching skills.
* Has excellent spoken English.
* Is comfortable teaching over Zoom.

No formal teaching certification is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
What we offer
